Popular site that has been a directory since 1998. They are pretty quick at adding submissions. You have a chance of getting on a decent listing page page but the odds are not good as some categories have over 1000 sites listed. Try to find a category that is not too crowded. Jayde has been around since about 1996 and should be considered a quality link source. They would be rated higher if they didn't bombard their submitters with email. I would recommend using a throwaway address.

 Extremely well designed and categorized. Their site now quotes 60 days+ for free submission approval. They are also periodically turning off free submissions. have Their submission process edits your text, which can sometimes take a little longer, but will create more unique content for the site.
Note: e-commerce or business sites must have a complete address and phone number clearly posted on their site.		 ****

This isn't the most powerful free directory on net but the site has been consistently approving our free submissions for years. They have approved 5 submissions of ours between March 2008 and November 2009. They use dynamically created pages. A disadvantage is that they have sooo many listings.
June 26, 09 - Site is down.
July 9, 09 - Site is back up.
